Description / Method:
- Clean the rosella by removing the red fruit part from the seed pod and then wash it.
- Put the rosella about 400ml of honey and 1 glass of water into a pot.
- Boil on a low heat and keep adding water as it boils away. Do not let it boil dry.
- When the rosella is soft and looks crystalline remove from the heat and put into clean screw top jars.
