Ragi dosa from Sivakala in Buddha Garden kitchen

Description / Method: 
  1. Mix the ragi and wheat flour and add water.
  2. Peel carrots and potatoes and grind them together.  Fry the mixture in a frying pan and add the salt and garam masala.
  3. Mix with the ragi dough and add enough water to make it liquid.
  4. Fry with a dosa pan to make hand size dosa.
Ingredients: 

½ kg ragi powder

¼ kg wheat flour

¼ kg onion

¼ kg potatoes

¼ kg carrots

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon garam masala

100ml oil
