Description / Method:
- Mix the ragi and wheat flour and add water.
- Peel carrots and potatoes and grind them together. Fry the mixture in a frying pan and add the salt and garam masala.
- Mix with the ragi dough and add enough water to make it liquid.
- Fry with a dosa pan to make hand size dosa.
½ kg ragi powder
¼ kg wheat flour
¼ kg onion
¼ kg potatoes
¼ kg carrots
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garam masala
