Description / Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together and then cook over a low heat for about ten minutes.
- Put the mixture into a shallow tin and leave to cool.
- When it is cool enough to touch cut into squares.
- Eat when it has completely cooled down.
400 grms Rava
2 tablespoons ghee
100grm half cashews
2 litre water
Two small pinches of Kesari powder (don’t overdo it!)
